Return eligibility

• You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• We do not accept returns on opened activity kits, art supplies, or puzzles for hygiene reasons.
• Defective or damaged items are fully covered — just send us photos.

How to return

Contact our support team at returns@buildabrain.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange

If you need a different item or size, please request an exchange via email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
